If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking you can drop us a message on our phone number or fill in the contact form and we can amend this for you. Please note: Bookings can only be cancelled up to 3 hours prior scheduled slot time.

We usually aim to be at your vehicles location 5-10 minutes before to prepare our equipment and to discuss any further requests you may have. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe and suitable place that we can access.

We understand if you are running late to your booking, we will contact you 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and we will wait 15-20 minutes for you on arrival. However if you haven't arrived by then we will have to leave and the deposit will not be refunded.

We currently charge an extra £15 for washes that are in the Congestion Charge zone however we are working on a eco-friendly mobile service where we can remove this charge by the end of 2021.

Our top priority is your safety and the safety of our staff. This is why we have taken a number of precautions, in line with government guidelines, that minimise health risks during these uncertain times.

We still wash cars in the rain however we do understand if you have made a booking on a rainy day and would like to reschedule. Please refer to the terms regarding rescheduling.

We have our own water but do ask if you can provide electricity this helps us complete the wash efficiently. We have a long extension and all we require is for it to be plugged in. Sometimes your car may be parked on a different street, if so we can still get the job done
